i found parking right next to the accommodation very convenient. the caravan had a modern interior with comfortable beds. staff members were polite and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile). the location was a short drive from the city center.
i found the advertised wifi to be unreliable, this was a significant inconvenience for planning activities.

while i did not eat extensively on-site, the restaurant area was clean and well-kept with a simple menu focusing on quick bites and family-friendly meals, with a small selection of local beers on tap.

The caravan featured a compact but functional kitchenette with a microwave, gas hob, and a small refrigerator, suitable for preparing basic meals. It included enough cookware and utensils for a family of four, with comfortable seating.

the caravan was large with amenities for self-catering. it was a nice touch that a mini washing up liquid was available. archery with jade was great (i enjoyed it very much). the location makes it easier to travel to padstow and port isaac.
i noticed dead flies inside the van and around the decking. i was told they have this problem every year with the change in season. i had to buy fly spray.

The location was peaceful. the bar staff was lovely and cute. i saw the northern lights over the site . It was an unexpected experience. the caravan was very clean and had a great view from the decking surrounding the site.
i found no food in the clubhouse for two days. there was no chef, so they closed the kitchen. i wish the food service was more consistent .

I found the hotel clean and beautiful. The location worked well. I was close to the town center. The caravan was fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were very friendly and seemed happy.
The bar area had limited opening hours. It closed at 22:00, even during the half-term holiday.

the caravan had excellent contents and felt very modern. it was very clean upon my arrival. i was fortunate to be close to the entrance. the site location made it easy to access the shop, the pool, and convenient parking.

the caravan was clean and well-equipped.
I was frustrated that the outdoor pool was closed during my entire stay. It seemed pointless to have such a large pool unavailable, especially since a lifeguard was the only issue. prices at the restaurant were outrageous. The staff seemed unsure of everything, offering inconsistent information compared to what the resort app advertised.

The location was great. The accommodation was super clean with everything needed for a holiday.
There was no food in the club house 2 days out of the 4 days I stayed. The first excuse was they couldn't cater for 'Gluten Free'. There was also no bed lining for the sofa bed and no electric, heating, or hot water on the last day of the stay. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. It was like a shambles.
